Moterra AI has reached the Select partner level in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network Services Track. This puts the London-based company among the network's higher-level partners that have been reviewed.

Anthropic gives partners Select status after checking their work against specific requirements. Partners must have a team with the right certifications, deliver Claude projects for customers and provide public references from customers before they can reach this level.

Anthropic's network connects it with service companies that set up Claude for customers. Partners can move through four levels: Certified, Select, Preferred and Global Premier.

Moterra AI helps businesses set up Claude in their own Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure cloud environments. It also connects Claude to the business tools they already use and helps meet security and governance requirements. Governance means having rules and checks for how systems are used and managed.

Partner requirements

This recognition comes as Moterra grows its business in the UK and Europe. The company said Anthropic's review gives potential customers an outside assessment of its work from the company that developed Claude.

Anthropic's partner system reflects a wider change in the AI market. Technology suppliers and consulting firms are trying to show that they can turn small AI tests into systems that work in everyday business operations. Customers increasingly use partner badges to help judge whether a provider's work has been checked independently.

Moterra's approach is designed for organisations that want to use large language models while keeping control of their own computer systems and infrastructure. This approach has become more popular with companies that must follow internal rules about data handling, oversight and who can access their systems.

Cloud setup

Moterra works with customers who do not want to give outside companies control of their infrastructure. Instead of moving customers to a separate technology setup, it installs Claude in the cloud environments they already use.

Along with its announcement, Moterra listed several compliance standards and certifications: ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, DORA, SOC 2 Type II, the AWS GenAI Competency and Microsoft 365 compatibility. These references highlight the rules and security concerns that affect how companies adopt AI, especially in industries with strict regulations.

Across Europe, businesses adopting generative AI have faced pressure to try new ideas while also making sure their systems are properly managed and can be checked. This has created opportunities for companies that install and manage AI within customers' existing cloud systems, instead of offering access only through shared systems run by outside providers.

Implementation partners

The Claude Partner Network is part of Anthropic's plan to build a group of specialists who can help businesses put its AI models to work. As competition in commercial AI services grows, AI developers have increasingly turned to outside experts to connect their systems to business processes and support customers after installation.

Moterra said its Select status should show customers that Anthropic has directly reviewed its work with Claude. The company described the recognition as part of its efforts to grow its business in the UK and across Europe.

"We earned Select through the work: we certified our team, deployed Claude for our clients and delivered results that can be checked. As we grow across the UK and Europe, this recognition from Anthropic matters. For a business choosing who to trust with Claude, it's a clear sign that our deployments hold up," said Vytenis Sakalas, chief executive officer of Moterra AI.
