The diploma is available only as an exit option for students enrolled in the M.Tech. programme in AIML.

- Entry: Candidates must pass an entrance test. The test fee is ₹99 and cannot be refunded.
- Duration and fee: The course lasts six months and costs ₹50,000 in total.
- Campus experience: The course includes a two-day visit to the IIT Mandi campus.
- Certificate: To receive the completion certificate, participants must attend at least 65% of classes and score at least 30% in the combined assessments.

IIT BHU
IIT (BHU) offers an online postgraduate certificate course in AI and Machine Learning through its hub for Data Analytics and Predictive Technologies (I-DAPT).
- Duration and fee: The course lasts eight months and costs ₹1,40,000, including additional charges.
- What you get: The course includes more than 30 tools and over 18 projects in fields such as technology, finance, healthcare and marketing. It helps participants learn machine learning operations, generative AI (GenAI) and AI agents, including how to put them into use.
