Anthropic prepares to file IPO prospectus as early as Friday - report

According to Yahoo Finance, Anthropic (ANTHRO) may publicly file an S-1 document as soon as Friday, October 23. An S-1 gives investors information about a company that plans to sell shares to the public for the first time. The report cited three people who know about the plans.

The filing would help investors better understand how quickly the company behind Claude is growing its revenue and who its customers are.
