OpenAI Partners With Google Cloud To Offer AI Models, Codex Workflows

OpenAI has partnered with Google Cloud to offer its advanced AI models and Codex workflows through Google Cloud's Model Garden, according to a statement from the company behind ChatGPT. The partnership will let businesses build and launch AI-powered workflows using Google Cloud's systems and tools for managing data and keeping it secure. Google Cloud customers will be able to buy OpenAI's AI models through Model Garden on the Google Cloud Marketplace.

Customers who have already agreed to spend a certain amount on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) will also be able to use that spending commitment to pay for these purchases. OpenAI models will also soon be available on Google Antigravity and the Gemini Agent. This will give business customers more choices when picking models for their particular tasks and needs. OpenAI said the partnership aims to make its models available to more people and help businesses use them in their existing workflows.
