Artizent, an engineering company that works with large businesses around the world, announced that it has reached the Select partner level in the Claude Partner Network Services Track.

This recognition shows that Artizent has a team officially certified to work with Claude and has already put Claude-based systems into use for large business customers. The company focuses especially on industries that must follow strict rules and regulations.

Artizent has experience in banking and financial services, property and casualty insurance, and industries that make products for businesses and consumers. It also has more than 150 Claude Certified Architects, who are trained and certified to design systems using Claude. Its ASTRA Engineering platform uses AI agents powered by Claude large language models to help with many stages of building software. These include understanding what a project needs, planning the design, writing code, testing, checking the work, and putting the finished software into use. Its AI agent systems run in cloud environments controlled by customers and use AI model subscriptions approved by those customers. The systems also include safety rules for businesses, steps that require approval, and records that show what actions were taken.

“AI used by large businesses needs to do more than give an answer that sounds right or quickly write a first draft. It needs to work with the customer's information, follow the customer's rules, and show people how it got its answer,” said Milan Bhatt, chief executive officer of Artizent. “That is the kind of engineering work we are building around Claude, and reaching the Select partner level recognizes this work. Working with Anthropic through the Claude Partner Network helps us bring these systems to more large businesses.”

Artizent has used Claude to study financial documents, update older software, test and improve software quality, and support everyday business operations. Its teams have built systems that find useful information in complicated reports and check that the information is correct. They have also created systems that guide software developers as they rebuild applications, turn product requirements into tests that check whether software works properly, and organize customer account information so businesses can contact people in a more focused way. This work combines Claude with checks against original information, AI agents that look for problems and verify results, rules for designing software systems, automatic checks, and reviews by people.

As a Select partner, Artizent can use training, technical help, and resources for developing business opportunities together with the Claude Partner Network. Artizent also brings its experience in engineering systems for large businesses and methods it has developed while putting Claude into use for customers.

Artizent plans to use these methods in more kinds of work at large businesses. It will combine information about each business and its needs, checks to make sure the work is correct, and important steps where people make decisions. The goal is to make the systems fit each customer's needs.
