Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT) has entered into a multi-year partnership with Anthropic, becoming a Preferred Partner in the Claude Partner Network. The partnership will combine Anthropic’s Claude AI models with Hexaware’s platforms to deliver AI-based services for enterprise customers. The agreement places Claude at the centre of two Hexaware platforms: Zerovity, the company’s AI-native engineering platform, and AgentVerse, its platform for building and governing AI agents, which includes more than 600 pre-built agents. The companies will work together on solution development, customer deployments and joint market development.

Hexaware plans to use Claude to provide services across IT operations and software engineering. The partnership is aimed at helping enterprises address operational challenges and improve business outcomes as customers increasingly seek measurable results from technology investments.

Hexaware has more than 1,100 Claude-certified professionals and plans to expand training across its delivery teams. The company will work with Anthropic to help customers move from initial trials to large-scale production deployments. Customers will be able to engage with the services through two routes. They can begin with Hexaware’s Zero Friction Enterprise offerings, which focus on issues such as technical debt, security vulnerabilities, backlogs, support tickets, process bottlenecks and software licensing costs. Alternatively, customers can connect their existing development tools directly to the Zerovity platform, which uses token optimisation and built-in software delivery agents. The agreement builds on Hexaware’s existing relationship with Anthropic, including its authorisation to resell Claude through Amazon Bedrock.

Siddharth Dhar, President and Global Head of AI at Hexaware, said the company was integrating Claude into Zerovity and AgentVerse to help customers achieve production results faster and with more predictable costs. Vinod Chandran, Chief Operating Officer at Hexaware, said the company’s Claude-certified workforce would help customers implement AI solutions, from initial proof-of-value projects to large-scale deployments.

Era Sahni, Head of Partnerships – International at Anthropic, said enterprises were increasingly using Claude across business functions and were looking for partners to identify suitable applications and deploy the technology. She noted that Hexaware’s experience in IT operations and software engineering could support these efforts.
