Meta unveils Muse wonder AI models with Active Memory and Active focus features
Meta has launched Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full, introducing Active Memory and Active Focus for personal and professional AI agents, alongside advanced coding capabilities and enhanced safeguards against misuse.
Meta has introduced its new Muse Wonder series, comprising Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full. Described by the company as its most capable models yet, they are designed to deliver state-of-the-art performance on personal and professional agentic tasks.
Building on their predecessors, the new models introduce Active Memory and Active Focus to keep track of relevant information and work towards users’ goals. Muse Wonder is available now through the Meta Model API and Muse Code, while Muse Wonder Full is available to Muse Code subscribers.

According to Meta, Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full can apply specialised knowledge to problems people encounter at work and in daily life, from understanding a lease to making sense of financial or health information. During evaluations, Meta tested the models for domain expertise, Active Memory, Active Focus and frontier coding capabilities.
Active Memory
As AI takes on a wider range of tasks in users’ daily lives, reliable memory is becoming a critical component of useful personal and professional agents. Models need to remember what matters and recognise when previously shared information becomes relevant. Meta’s Active Memory feature is designed to help agents carry important context about users across conversations and retrieve relevant details for the task at hand.
Active Focus
With Active Focus, the AI agent can work persistently on a task, exploring different approaches until it is completed. Along the way, it can keep users informed about its progress, ask for clarification and check with them before taking significant steps.
Tech
Both Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full offer frontier coding performance, supporting everything from developing small applications to building complex software.
As the new Muse models are designed to work more closely with personal information, Meta says they include its strongest safeguards to date against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) risks, as well as other forms of cyber misuse, while preserving access to advanced capabilities.
