Oct 15 (Reuters) - The US ‌Federal Trade ‌Commission on Wednesday ​sent civil subpoenas to AI giants Anthropic ‌and ⁠OpenAI seeking documents about ⁠safety incidents, with ​the ​probe ​focused on ‌potential consumer protection violations, Axios reported, citing a person ‌familiar ​with ​the ​matter.
