The new campaign shows how AI-powered technology can help improve performance and how advanced molecular science may help find cancer earlier.

IRVING, Texas, Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Caris Life Sciences® (NASDAQ: CAI), a company that combines technology and biology, announced today that it has launched the second advertisement in a series promoting Caris Detect™. This blood test is designed to help detect several types of cancer early. The new advertisement features Jordan Spieth, a professional golfer who has won three major championships.

The campaign explains that modern technology can measure almost every part of an athlete's performance. Similar technology may also help find cancer early, when treatment has the best chance of working. The new advertisement shows how AI has changed golf by studying millions of golf swings and many other pieces of information to help players improve. It also shows how Caris uses its many years of experience in molecular science and AI to look for signals linked to cancer in a small blood sample.

"Artificial intelligence is changing almost every part of our lives, from how we work and talk to each other to how athletes improve their performance," said David Dean Halbert, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Caris Life Sciences. "At Caris, we believe one of the most important uses of AI is helping improve early cancer detection. Caris Detect combines a detailed study of molecules with advanced AI. Our goal is to help make a future possible in which cancer can be found early, when there is the best chance of curing it."

"Every golfer wants to gain an advantage. We use technology to measure everything from how fast the ball travels to how much it spins, because better information helps us make better choices. That's what stood out to me about Caris Detect. If advanced AI can help us understand our golf game, it should also help us understand our health better. I'm proud to support efforts to raise awareness about why finding cancer early matters," said Jordan Spieth, a professional golfer who has won three major championships.

Unlike tests that look at only a small number of biological markers, Caris Detect™ uses a highly detailed form of Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) to examine all 23,000 genes. It also uses Whole Transcriptome Sequencing (WTS) and advanced AI to study a wide range of cancer-related signals in both DNA and RNA. DNA carries genetic instructions, while RNA helps cells use those instructions. Caris says this broad approach is designed to give a more complete picture of the biology of early cancer. By studying one blood sample, the test aims to find patterns linked to cancer and help detect it earlier, when treatment is more likely to work.
