Anthropic has filed for its IPO. It has just submitted its S-1 filing.

The stock will trade under the symbol ANT.

That was just announced. The ticker symbol will be ANT, which is interesting because small retail investors in South Korea call themselves ants.

That's right. They're called ants.

0:21Speaker B

That's right.

It's unrelated, but interesting. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley will lead the IPO. Since the filing has only just been submitted, it will take some time to review it and see exactly what it contains, as we've been discussing. Some key details are already coming out. The company reported a net loss of $80.7 billion for the first six months of this year. It also says it may not become profitable or remain profitable in the future. That's an interesting statement. Revenue for the first half of the year, which had already been reported, was $16.3 billion. As we mentioned, we already knew many of the figures that are now being released. Investors will be searching the filing carefully for specific terms. On Friday, when we spoke with Ed Zitron, I asked him what he would search for, and he said free cash flow. I'm not sure whether the filing will use that exact term. I doubt it. It may use EBITDA or something similar. But we can start reviewing the filing to see exactly what it tells us.

Yeah.

Guys, is there anything that stands out to you?

I'm looking at how widely businesses are using the company's products. As I search through the filing, I see that more than 11,900 customers generated at least $100,000 in revenue on a trailing 12-month basis. These are some of its business customers. It also has more than 1,900 customers that generated at least $1 million in revenue on a trailing 12-month basis.
