US stocks end higher as Anthropic's IPO filing buoys AI stocks

US stocks ended higher on Monday. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq had both fallen for two weeks in a row, but stocks rose as news that Anthropic had filed to go public helped boost confidence in AI-related stocks.
