Wall Street futures mixed after Anthropic's IPO

Wall Street futures were mixed on Tuesday after Anthropic PBC filed paperwork with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to sell shares to the public for the first time in an initial public offering (IPO). The share price has not yet been announced. Meanwhile, Broadcom Inc. has secured a $63 billion financing deal backed by major US financial institutions. The money will help pay for the computing power and chip deployment needed to support Anthropic's AI systems.

At 4:30 am ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.10%, while the Nasdaq 100 was down 0.18%. At 4:32 am ET, the S&P 500 was unchanged. At 4:34 am ET, the euro had fallen 0.20% against the US dollar, trading at $1.11565.
