It plans to link existing marketing solutions centering on AI search optimization platforms and expand its business to overseas markets in the form of software as a service (SaaS) in the future.
On the 13th, StoreLink declared a global AI marketing platform company. The plan is to establish an automation system in which AI performs all marketing tasks. Its strategy is to combine data accumulated from domestic and foreign commerce channels such as Naver, Coupang, Amazon, and TikTok shops with AI and marketing operation experiences.
The key is AI search optimization platform 'AEO Link'. It analyzes how much specific brands are mentioned and recommended in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overview, and Naver AI Answers. It also identifies the level of brand exposure compared to competitors and the sources AI uses for answers.
It does not end with analysis, finds necessary content and channels, derives strategies, and connects them to actual content publication. It is a structure that analyzes again how the brand exposure has changed in AI responses and reflects it in the next marketing strategy.
It will also push for AI transformation (AX) at the enterprise level. On the 6th, StoreLink established a position as the chief artificial intelligence officer (CAIO) and an organization dedicated to AI, and recruited Park Beom-seo, a professor at Kookmin University's Graduate School of Global Startup and Venture as the first CAIO. It plans to apply its own AI platform first to internal tasks such as management support and expand the verified technology to customer service.
Overseas, the plan is to expand the business area by converting the platform into SaaS form. According to StoreLink, it currently records more than 500 million won in sales per month in its Japanese business. In the future, it plans to upgrade its marketing automation function by accumulating data by country and channel and enter new commerce markets such as Southeast Asia.
"In an era when consumers ask AI and AI recommends brands and products, marketing should redefine the way and process in which companies meet with customers," said Jung Yong-eun, CEO of StoreLink. "We will combine commerce data and marketing operation experience with AI to connect brand discovery, execution, and performance analysis."
